1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Ticket Timeline mobile or web application, website, or related services (collectively, the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Ticket Timeline LLC ("Ticket Timeline," "we," "us," or "our"), an Oregon limited liability company.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and may provide notice through the App, by email, or by other reasonable means. Your continued use of the App after updated Terms are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
2. The App
Ticket Timeline is a private personal sports-event archive. The App lets you create and manage your own record of games and events you attended, including:
- Logging sporting events, currently including MLB, NBA, and WNBA as first-class user-facing leagues, with limited support for additional leagues such as NFL and NHL where available
- Storing ticket details, seats, ticket prices, notes, ratings, favorites, photos, scrapbook items, and memories
- Importing event data from CSV files, public Google Sheets links, and ticket images processed through OCR
- Viewing timeline, discovery, recall, statistics, venue, team, player, weather, rarity, historic-game, and achievement insights
- Customizing your personal insights dashboard
- Managing account, profile, analytics preference, connected-sheet, and deletion settings
The App is designed as a private archive. Your account data is private by default. We do not currently provide public profiles, public social feeds, follower graphs, direct messaging, ticket resale, ticket transfer, gambling, fantasy wagering, or public marketplace features.
Some features may be experimental, unavailable on certain platforms, or limited by league, season, provider coverage, account state, or app version.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If the law in your location requires that you be older to use online services without parental consent, you must meet that higher age requirement.
By using the App, you represent that you are legally able to enter into these Terms. If you use the App on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
4. Accounts and Guest Use
4.1 Guest Use
You may begin using the App without creating a registered account. Guest use is tied to an anonymous session identifier. Guest sessions can create events, photos, notes, and related personal archive data, but guest access is provided as a convenience and certain features may be limited.
Guest data may be retained for up to 90 days. If you do not create or connect an account during that period, or if your guest session cannot be restored, guest data may be deleted and may not be recoverable.
4.2 Registered Accounts
You may create an account using a valid email address and supported authentication method. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
If you previously used the App as a guest, the App may merge eligible guest data into your registered account. You are responsible for reviewing merged data and deleting anything you do not want to keep.
4.3 Account Information
You agree to provide accurate account information and keep it current. We may suspend or terminate accounts that contain materially false information, are used for abuse, or violate these Terms.
4.4 Account Sharing
Accounts are intended for individual use. You may not share credentials, sell access to an account, or create multiple accounts to avoid restrictions, rate limits, enforcement, or deletion decisions.
5. Your Content
5.1 User Content
"User Content" means content you create, upload, import, submit, or store through the App, including event attendance records, ticket details, prices paid, notes, ratings, photos, scrapbook entries, memories, links, imported spreadsheet or CSV rows, OCR ticket images and extracted text, profile information, reports, dashboard preferences, and related metadata.
You retain ownership of your User Content. Ticket Timeline does not claim ownership of your User Content.
5.2 License to Operate the App
You grant Ticket Timeline a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, process, transmit, display, reformat, compress, back up, restore, analyze, and otherwise use your User Content solely as needed to:
- Provide, maintain, secure, and improve the App
- Display your User Content back to you
- Generate your personal timeline, insights, achievements, statistics, rarity context, memories, and dashboard views
- Import, match, normalize, and deduplicate events
- Provide customer support, diagnostics, abuse prevention, and account deletion
- Create aggregated or de-identified analytics that do not identify you individually
We do not sell your User Content. We do not use your User Content to serve ads. We do not make your User Content public unless you intentionally share it outside the App or a feature expressly states that it will be public.
5.3 Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for your User Content. You represent and warrant that:
- You own your User Content or have the rights needed to submit it to the App
- Your User Content does not violate another person's intellectual property, privacy, publicity, contractual, or other rights
- Your User Content does not contain unlawful material
- You will not upload malicious files, code, or content designed to harm systems or users
5.4 Content Deletion
The App provides tools to delete individual items, events, photos, notes, Google Sheets links, all events, or your entire account. When you delete content or your account, we remove it from active systems in accordance with our Privacy Policy and operational deletion processes. Residual copies may remain for a limited period in backups, logs, caches, or provider systems before they are overwritten or deleted.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable purpose
- Upload content that violates the rights of others or contains unlawful, exploitative, or malicious material
- Attempt to access another user's account, data, session, or private content
- Interfere with, disrupt, overload, scrape, crawl, or reverse engineer the App or its systems
- Circumvent security controls, authentication, rate limits, provider restrictions, app-store rules, or access controls
- Use bots, scripts, automated tools, or bulk import methods except through App features we provide
- Use the App to build a competing product or to extract, resell, sublicense, or redistribute App data
- Misrepresent your identity, affiliation, attendance history, or rights to content you upload
- Use the App for commercial scouting, gambling, odds-making, ticket resale, or other unauthorized commercial purposes
We may investigate suspected violations and may remove content, limit features, suspend access, delete accounts, or report conduct to law enforcement where appropriate.
7. Sports Data, Insights, and Accuracy
The App combines user-entered data with sports, venue, player, statistics, schedule, score, weather, image-credit, and historical context from databases, provider APIs, public references, curated assets, and internal calculations.
Sports and contextual data may come from sources such as BallDontLie, Retrosheet, Baseball-Reference, Basketball-Reference, Kaggle-hosted datasets, league/team/venue public materials, curated venue/image references, weather providers, and other sources identified in the App or our documentation.
Third-party and computed data is provided for personal, informational, and entertainment purposes only. We do not guarantee that schedules, scores, player statistics, awards, achievements, rarity ranks, historic-game labels, weather, venue details, player identities, team identities, or other insights are accurate, complete, current, or available for every event.
The App is not a betting, gambling, fantasy-sports, financial, legal, medical, or professional advice service. Do not rely on App data for wagering, financial decisions, safety decisions, official records, or any use where inaccurate data could cause harm.
8. Third-Party Services
The App uses third-party services to operate features and infrastructure, including:
- Supabase for authentication, database, storage, edge functions, and backend infrastructure
- Google services for optional Google Sheets import, Google Maps display, Google Sign-In or authentication support where used, Firebase, Firebase Analytics, and related platform services
- PostHog for product analytics, diagnostics, and error reporting
- AppsFlyer for mobile attribution, campaign measurement, and deep-link attribution
- OpenAI for ticket-image OCR and text extraction when you use OCR features
- Visual Crossing or other weather services for historical or contextual weather data
- Sports data and reference providers for schedules, scores, statistics, venue, team, and player context
- Apple App Store, Google Play, and device operating-system services where you download or use the App through those platforms
Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms, policies, and availability. We are not responsible for third-party services, third-party websites, provider outages, provider data errors, or changes to third-party APIs, datasets, policies, or pricing.
Where a third-party integration is optional, such as Google Sheets import or ticket OCR, you are responsible for deciding whether to use that feature and for ensuring that any content you provide through it is appropriate to process.
9. App Stores and Platform Terms
If you download the App from the Apple App Store, Google Play, TestFlight, or another distribution platform, your use of the App may also be governed by that platform's terms, rules, and standard end-user license terms. These Terms apply between you and Ticket Timeline, but platform providers may have separate rights and requirements related to downloads, updates, refunds, device permissions, ratings, reviews, and account management.
Apple, Google, and other platform providers are not responsible for the App's content, support, maintenance, warranties, claims, or operation except to the extent their own terms require otherwise.
10. Privacy
Your use of the App is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, how analytics and attribution work, how guest sessions work, and how you can delete or manage your data.
If these Terms and the Privacy Policy conflict, the Privacy Policy controls for privacy and data-protection matters, and these Terms control for all other matters.
11. Intellectual Property
11.1 Ticket Timeline Property
The App, including its software, designs, interfaces, graphics, trade dress, features, workflows, documentation, curated content, and branding, is owned by Ticket Timeline or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret, and other laws.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use.
11.2 Restrictions
Except as allowed by law, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, publicly display, create derivative works from, reverse engineer, or otherwise exploit the App or any portion of it without our prior written permission.
11.3 Trademarks and Sports Marks
"Ticket Timeline" and related names, logos, and branding are trademarks or service marks of Ticket Timeline. You may not use them without our prior written permission.
Team names, league names, venue names, player names, logos, and related marks belong to their respective owners. They are used in the App for identification and informational purposes only. Ticket Timeline is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by MLB, NBA, WNBA, NFL, NHL, MLS, any team, any league, any venue, any players association, or any ticketing provider unless expressly stated.
11.4 Venue Images and Credits
The App may display venue images and other media from licensed, public, user-provided, or credited sources. Image credits and attribution information are provided in the App where applicable.
11.5 Feedback
If you send us feedback, ideas, bug reports, feature requests, or suggestions, you grant us the right to use them without restriction or compensation. You are not required to provide feedback.
12. No Payments or Ticket Sales
The current App does not process ticket purchases, ticket transfers, subscriptions, in-app purchases, credit cards, bank payments, or other payment transactions. Ticket price and face-value fields are user-entered archive fields used for personal insights only.
If we introduce paid features, subscriptions, or purchases in the future, additional payment terms, app-store terms, or checkout terms may apply.
13. Availability and Changes
We may add, change, suspend, limit, or discontinue any part of the App at any time. We may also update provider integrations, supported leagues, import formats, dashboards, achievements, insights, rarity formulas, event-detail cards, or account features.
We do not guarantee that the App will be available at all times, that any provider integration will continue to work, that historical data will be complete for all seasons or leagues, or that any particular feature will remain available.
14. Disclaimers
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TICKET TIMELINE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, SECURITY, AND ERROR-FREE OPERATION.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:
- The App will be uninterrupted, secure, available, or error-free
- Any data, import, OCR result, match, statistic, score, rarity rank, achievement, weather result, or insight will be accurate or complete
- User Content will never be lost, corrupted, delayed, misprocessed, or unavailable
- The App will meet your needs or expectations
- Third-party services, sports data providers, or platform services will remain available or compatible with the App
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers, so some of the above may not apply to you.
15. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TICKET TIMELINE AND ITS OWNERS, MEMBERS, MANAGERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AGENTS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, AND LICENSORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, GOODWILL, DATA, CONTENT, USE, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE APP OR THESE TERMS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TICKET TIMELINE'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE APP OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF:
- The amount you paid directly to Ticket Timeline for the App in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim; or
- $50 USD.
These limits apply whether the claim is based on warranty, contract, tort, negligence, statute, strict liability, or any other legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of damages.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you. In those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
16. Indemnification
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Ticket Timeline and its owners, members, managers, officers, employees, contractors, agents, service providers, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to:
- Your use of the App
- Your User Content
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of law
- Your violation of another person's rights
- Your misuse of third-party services, provider data, import tools, or uploaded content
We may assume control of the defense of any matter subject to indemnification, and you agree to cooperate with our defense.
17. Termination
17.1 By You
You may stop using the App at any time. You may delete your account through the App's settings where available or contact us for assistance.
17.2 By Ticket Timeline
We may suspend, limit, or terminate your access to the App at any time if:

- Your account appears compromised
- Your use creates risk, liability, security concerns, or operational burden
- We are required to do so by law or platform rules
- We discontinue the App or a feature
17.3 Effect of Termination
When access ends, your right to use the App stops immediately. We may delete account data in accordance with the Privacy Policy and our operational deletion processes.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including Sections 5.2, 7, 10, 11, 14, 15, 16, 18, 19, and 20.
18. Governing Law

If informal resolution does not resolve the dispute, any legal action arising out of or related to these Terms or the App must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Multnomah County, Oregon, unless applicable law requires a different forum. You consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts.
These Terms do not currently require binding arbitration and do not currently include a class-action waiver.
20. General Terms
20.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional terms presented within the App for specific features, form the entire agreement between you and Ticket Timeline regarding the App.
20.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect, and the invalid or unenforceable provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law.
20.3 Waiver
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms is not a waiver of that provision or any other provision.
20.4 Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your App account without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, change of control, or by operation of law.
20.5 No Third-Party Beneficiaries
Except for platform providers where their terms require otherwise, these Terms do not create rights for any third party.

You may not use the App if you are prohibited from doing so under applicable export-control or sanctions laws.
